The king room was spacious with a comfy sofa and a nice fireplace. It even had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Breakfast had coffee, juice, and some pastries, pretty decent for a quick start. Staff was always approachable and ready to help when needed. The indoor pool is great for relaxing after a long day.

our stay at wingate was fantastic! the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the queen room we stayed in was spotless and comfy for our family. breakfast was great, too, which we really appreciated after long days of moving. it was the perfect respite for us!

The lobby had a spacious design and the seating areas seemed inviting for a social gathering. The room featured a unique sliding door tub which was an unusual touch, though it didn’t function well.

Not much good to say about the breakfast. calling it 'free' is a stretch since the only sustenance was stale cereal without milk. The bathroom offered a sunken jetted tub, but it was poorly designed with the shower heads spraying simultaneously and no good way to turn one off. Furthermore, the towel situation was not pleasant. they carried an odor reminiscent of wet dog, which isn't great after a shower. The elevator felt like it was stuck in the past, combining faded colors and peeling edges—it left me uneasy, to say the least. Overall, a renovation seems long overdue.

However, the overall condition of the room was concerning, with two noticeable spiders and broken amenities that made for a troubling experience. The limited response to maintenance issues further detracted from my stay, as management did not follow up on our concerns regarding the jacuzzi tub.

If you’re hunting for some killer eats, hit up Fire & Sticks Japanese Steakhouse just down the road—such a flavor explosion! Plus, the pancakes at breakfast? Pure bliss! The room was spacious and comfy too, so I rolled up in style.

Now, the bathroom had this ridiculous tub with a 20-inch wall—getting in was a workout! The deadbolt was a bit iffy too. Not the end of the world, but definitely a surprise!

For families, it’s a mixed bag

I had a nice experience with the staff, they really do care, acted like they were on a mission. When I called about the broken bed, they were quick to find me another room but honestly, I just wanted to rest after driving all day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

I loved the spacious layout of my King Room Non-Smoking. it gave me plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. The electric fireplace added a cozy touch that made the atmosphere feel special and homey. Plus, the complimentary breakfast featured fluffy pancakes that kicked off each day on a delightful note!

But, darling, that place needs a facelift like I need my morning tea—desperately! It’s like they said, ‘Let’s keep it classic,’ but forgot to update it since the 90s.
